KDM Vacations ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you contact us, book a consultation, or join our newsletter, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Name, email, phone, travel preferences, and any details you share when planning a trip. Payment for consultations is handled by our payment processor — we don't store card numbers.

How we use it

To respond to inquiries, design your trip, book services with suppliers on your behalf, and send occasional travel updates if you opt in.

Sharing

We share only what's needed to book your trip (e.g. names and travel dates with hotels, airlines, tour operators). We never sell your information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, or request that we delete your information by emailing kelly@kdmvacations.com.
