By engaging KDM Vacations, you agree to these terms.

Planning fees

Planning fees are quoted up front and are non-refundable once work begins. If you book the trip with us, the fee is credited toward your trip if you book within 14 days.

Supplier terms

Hotels, airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators each have their own cancellation and change policies. Those terms govern your booking — we'll always disclose them before you commit.

Travel insurance

We strongly recommend travel insurance for every trip. KDM Vacations is not liable for losses covered by available insurance you declined.

Limitation of liability

KDM Vacations acts as an independent travel advisor and is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
